I'm a blazing inferno of creativity, with emotional smarts, and sales sorcery. I tackle puzzles like a pro and have an eagle-eye for detail. Adaptability is my superpower, and I've mastered the art of keeping things orderly. Challenges? I charge at them head-on, transmuting ‘oopsies’ into ‘woohoo’ moments producing bigger wins. Team player extraordinaire, but can also rock the solo gig, as long as I have my trusty sidekick, caffeine!

I thrived on the freedom of setting my own work hours and the thrill of drumming up new business opportunities. Our days were a whirlwind of sprucing up residential/commercial spaces, quoting and finding fresh job opportunities. The owner took care of the agency finances, admin and logistics. While I managed enquires, networking and the Facebook page. Customers and interactions increased organically, mostly, which saved us a fortune on ads. it was during this time I learnt the value of word-of-mouth.

My time at Flight Centre was adventurous! As well as winning holidays, for great sale results, I grew confident with my computer skills. I moved up from the shop floor to the epic 'Around the World' crew, crafting mind-boggling 6-10 stop around world flights. I used Sabre in classic mode, to get the best results. Using Sabre in classic mode felt like I mastered a secret code.

I fearlessly tackled pitching and sealing the deal on digital marketing packages. With most sales happening in person, I had to adapt on the go. The lessons learned and the confidence gained at Nicoh where absolutely priceless!
